Yes. Numbers are ported across and the switch is timed so you never miss a call.
Do we need new handsets?
Not necessarily. Most people use the app on their laptop and mobile. Desk handsets are included on the top plan for anyone who wants one.
Can you take over our existing mobile contracts?
Yes. We review what you have, move what makes sense to O2 or EE business plans and manage every SIM going forward, including ones still in contract elsewhere.
