Hardware as a Service

The right equipment for every member of staff, for one monthly cost

Modern laptops, desktops and devices supplied, set up, supported and replaced automatically before they slow anyone down. No large upfront spend, no ageing kit, no arguments about whose turn it is for a new machine.

  • No capital outlay
  • Automatic replacement cycle
  • Setup and support included
What's included

Everything from unboxing to responsible disposal

One predictable monthly cost per device covers the equipment, the setup, the support and the replacement when its time comes.

Current equipment

Business-grade laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories chosen for the job each person does, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Set up and ready

Every device arrives configured, secured and signed in, so a new starter is working within minutes of opening the box.

Lifecycle management

We track the age and health of every device and replace it on schedule, before slow hardware starts costing productivity.

Repairs and swaps

If a device fails, a replacement is on its way. No waiting weeks for a repair while someone works off their phone.

Flexible numbers

Scale the number of devices up or down as your headcount changes, without owning a cupboard full of unused laptops.

Secure disposal

Old devices wiped to a certified standard and recycled responsibly, with the paperwork to prove it.

Why Systemwork

Turn a lumpy capital cost into a predictable monthly one

“We need the best and they are it”

Cost-effective

Unpredictable hardware spending becomes a manageable monthly payment that's easier to budget for and often more tax efficient.

Productivity

Underperforming hardware can cost an employee up to two weeks a year. Fast, reliable machines give that time back.

Comprehensive support

Installation, maintenance and technical support are all part of the service, alongside the rest of your IT.

Always current

Automatic upgrades and replacements keep your team on equipment that's built for today's software, not last decade's.

FAQ

Hardware as a Service: your questions answered

Not covered here? Call 0113 898 0565 and ask us directly.

Do we own the equipment at the end?

Hardware as a Service is a subscription: you use the equipment and we replace it on a cycle. If you'd rather own devices outright, we can supply them that way too and still manage them.

What happens when a laptop breaks?

We swap it. A replacement is configured and sent, the faulty device comes back to us, and the person is working again quickly.

Can we mix and match devices?

Yes. Different roles need different equipment, and the service is built around that.

How is it priced?

A fixed monthly cost per device that includes the equipment, setup, support and replacement. The free audit tells us what you need and we quote from there.
