How are projects priced?
As a fixed fee against an agreed scope and outcome, so there are no surprises. Changes to scope are agreed and priced before they happen.
Do we need to be a support client?
No. Many projects start with a business that has another provider or an in-house team. Plenty of them become support clients afterwards, but it isn't a condition.
How long does Cyber Essentials take?
Typically four to eight weeks from gap analysis to certificate for a business of ordinary complexity. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 take six to twelve months.
Can you work alongside our internal IT person?
Yes, and it often works best that way. We bring the project experience, they bring the knowledge of the business, and they're left with something they can run.
