Every pound on IT is a pound not spent on the cause. Make it count.
Charities run on trust, volunteers and tight budgets. We support charities, community organisations and social enterprises across Yorkshire with predictable costs, donor and beneficiary data kept properly safe, and the charity licensing and grants that most organisations never claim.

- Charity licensing claimed for you
- Donor and beneficiary data protected
- Fixed monthly cost, trustee-friendly
The pressures trustees and managers describe
Budgets are grant-shaped
Money arrives for projects, not for infrastructure. IT has to fit a fixed monthly figure that a funder will accept.
Data about vulnerable people
Beneficiary and donor records carry real risk. A breach is a safeguarding issue and a reputational one.
Volunteers and staff churn
People come and go. Access has to be granted and removed quickly without a full-time IT person.
Free things nobody has claimed
Charity software licensing and cloud grants can cut costs dramatically, but they take knowledge and admin to claim.
Support that stretches a charity's budget
Charity licensing sorted
We apply for and manage the discounted and donated software and cloud programmes charities are entitled to. It often pays for the support itself.
Safeguarding-grade data security
Access control, encryption and backup around donor and beneficiary records, with the evidence for trustees and funders.
Starters, leavers and volunteers
Accounts created and removed the same day, so a volunteer who left in March isn't still able to read case files in June.
Funder-friendly proposals
Costs set out in the shape a grant application needs, with a fixed monthly figure trustees can approve once.
Working from anywhere
Secure access for home workers, outreach staff and trustees, without buying everyone a laptop.
Cyber Essentials for funders
Increasingly asked for by funders and commissioners. Four to eight weeks, and handled at renewal.
We support the Harewood House Trust and The Tetley at a reduced charity rate, and the first thing we did for both was go after the money they were leaving on the table. Registered charities qualify for heavily discounted software licences and for free Google advertising credits, and most never claim either. We got both organisations registered, moved them onto the charity pricing, and set the ad credits to work bringing visitors through the door. The saving on licences alone covered a good part of their support costs.

Do you offer charity pricing?
Our pricing is per user and already built for smaller organisations. Where we make the biggest difference is claiming the software and cloud programmes charities are entitled to, which often saves more than the support costs.
We rely on volunteers. Can you keep access safe?
Yes. Accounts are created and removed on request the same day, and access is reviewed regularly so nobody keeps a login they no longer need.
Can you help with a funder's IT or data requirements?
Yes. We put the controls in place and write the evidence in the form the funder asks for, and Cyber Essentials covers most of what commissioners want to see.
Can trustees see what we're paying for?
Yes. One fixed monthly figure, an itemised proposal, and regular reviews you can share with the board.
